### 1/5 — Product is fine, app setup is horrible.

Email confirmation doesn’t work when registering account. Could not complete setup over app. Logged in as guest, registered device, app stopped working and could only uninstall. Registered device was not able to be found when trying to re-setup. Literally nothing went as planned on app. I think initially I was able to at least get the schedule setup so hopefully the device will work without app at this point. Really, really wanted to like this product. Product quality is great and hardware seems good. Software needs work and brings down overall experience.

Regarding email confirmation, we've had no reported issues of it not reaching clients.  Please check if it ended up in spam or another folder.

Regarding re-setup, that only works on defaulted devices.  You can still refresh the device.  On the bottom of Nudge there's a reset whole, press it with something thin for up to one minute until you hear different tones to indicate a reset.
