## What is Nudge?

Sometimes all you need is a little Nudge.

Nudge is for people who find social situations hard.

It gives you one small, concrete challenge at a time. Ask a stranger for the time. Give someone a genuine compliment. Smile at someone in a waiting room. Nothing vague, nothing big. When you've done it, or decided to skip it, you tell Nudge two things: what kind of challenge you want next, and whether it should be easier, the same, or harder. The next one appears right away.

There are hundreds of challenges, across four kinds of situations: starting interactions, building conversations, doing uncomfortable things, and how you show up.

Nudge adjusts to you. Difficulty moves in small steps, and it has guards so you're never pushed somewhere you didn't ask to go. Say "take it easier" and it listens.

Your progress is points, levels, and a tree that grows as you do. It works without a connection and syncs when you're back. A daily reminder is optional.

Nudge is a practice tool, not therapy or medical advice. If you're struggling, please talk to someone qualified.

Sometimes all you need is a little Nudge.

Nudge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly, that unlocks unlimited challenges and every tree world. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
