I struggle so much with doom scrolling and this has honestly helped me just cut down on it. Because they are random and I can set my frequency of reminders it’s just good motivation that comes at the right time which makes it easier to stay focused

Did not have faith in this app whatsoever. Chronic procrastinator using ChatGPT, reminders, scheduling, etc. but nothing worked. Kept falling behind assignments. One week and I caught up on a backlog of 3-months of school work, this thing locks you IN. You have to really explain your goals and potential steps you want to take to achieve them, makes the reminders really personal. Will be applying this to future goals and projects!!!
