Something you can fit into an ordinary week: at work, on campus, at the gym, around your neighborhood. Talk to the neighbor you only ever wave at. Cook something you've never made. Find out the name of the tree you walk past every day. Small things that turn into the best part of your week. HOW IT WORKS • A new nudge every Monday. Pick Chill (low-key) or Bold (you make the first move). • Do it any day before Sunday night. • Post what happened in a sentence or two, add a photo if you want, and tag who was there. • See what everyone else did this week, react, and vouch for the good ones. KEEP IT GOING • Build a streak of weeks in a row. • Your year at a glance: every week you did it, on one calendar. • Badges for milestones along the way. DO IT TOGETHER • Add friends and see their weeks. • Join a team with an invite code: a residence hall, a club, a class, a workplace. Teams get their own feed and challenges from their team leader. FREE nudge. is free for everyone. Schools and organizations that run nudge. for their groups support it. Your posts are visible to the people you choose.
