## What is NudgeAway?

Use your phone. Don’t lose yourself in it.

NudgeAway gives you precise, personal control over the apps that tend to take more time than you meant to give them. Set a daily budget for each app, decide when that time belongs in your day, and choose how firmly NudgeAway should respond.

Unlike a one-size-fits-all blocker, NudgeAway lets each app follow a different plan. Keep one app open with calm check-ins. Give another a short grace period. Put a firm boundary on the app that needs it most.

BUDGETS BUILT AROUND A REAL DAY
• Set a separate daily budget for each selected app
• Use that allowance freely or divide it evenly into 2, 3, or 4 time windows
• Choose tracking hours and optionally pause selected apps outside them
• When a window is used under a pausing style, access resumes at the next window

AWARENESS BEFORE THE LIMIT
NudgeAway does not wait for a weekly report to tell you what already happened. Timely milestone notifications make usage visible while you can still change course—from early progress to a heads-up near your budget. Some budget and pause alerts can arrive as Time Sensitive, depending on your notification and Focus settings.

YOUR CHOICE OF FIRMNESS
• Check-ins only: awareness without blocking
• Long grace: more time to wrap up, then pause
• Short grace: a brief exit ramp, then pause
• Hard stop: pause immediately at the limit

FOCUS, ON DEMAND OR ON SCHEDULE
Start a 25-, 45-, 60-, or 120-minute Focus session for selected apps, or create recurring pauses for work, study, meals, sleep, and the parts of life you want to protect. Follow active sessions from the Lock Screen and supported Dynamic Island devices, or use widgets to start, extend, and end Focus.

PROGRESS WITHOUT SHAME
Today shows what needs attention now. Insights helps you see weekly and monthly patterns, consistency, and how often your choices matched your plan. Progress points reward intentional decisions—not raw screen time or competition.

PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
NudgeAway uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks. App selections are represented by opaque Apple tokens, and detailed usage reports render inside Apple’s privacy-preserving environment.
• No account
• No advertising or tracking
• No product analytics
• No backend or cloud sync
• Configuration and runtime state stay on your device

The goal is not to avoid your phone. It is to use it with intention.

NudgeAway Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The annual plan may include a free trial for eligible Apple Accounts. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
