I’ve had a social media problem for so long now, endlessly scrolling, ruining my sleep schedule and mental health. When I discovered this app online I knew it was what I’ve been looking to find to stop my “doomscrolling”. This is one of the best screen limiting apps I’ve severely used and I love that it basically locks me out of it completely and the messages displayed in my screen help me out so much to get up and do something productive for myself. Hands down the best thing there is 🤘

I’m someone that once I scroll i can’t stop. Even tho the nudges I see how much time I’ve left for myself, the shielding and not being able to continue is what’s best. iOS screen limits are so easy to bypass unlike this. Would def recommend to people trying to spend less time on certain apps and take back control of their time
