I would 100% recommend. You can use the app very easily, especially if you have other socials and if you do need help with anything, you are able to contact anyone regarding your issues (I personally have had no issues with the app and have found using it very easy!). So far I have had no issues with the soo and I would strongly recommend it for anyone looking to make new friends. However, I truly believe that COLLT is a step forward in changing the social media narrative. The fact that you can upload collectively with friends takes away that pressure social media sometimes puts on you. And the fact that you can't view photos until the timer is up takes away that 'post anxiety' many get. The app even allows you to connect with like-minded people by inviting people to join your group shot, or allowing you to join shots that display a particular interest of yours. The app is a start up and there is a few minor things that need developing but overall extremely happy with this download! ### 5/5 — An amazing app to make new friends!! *2021-12-07, version 2.2.8* I've only recently downloaded this app, but I'm immediately enamoured with its features. The ability to categorise my hobbies and discover people who share them is the finest part. Not only that, but I can post a snap of a live picture based on the activity or mood, allowing others to learn more about you and other people with similar talents or interests. Not to mention the possibility of having a featured shot on the explore page! This app is one of my favourites since the layout is very simple to follow, especially the banner at the bottom. People nowadays find it difficult to establish friends, and this software can assist you in overcoming the initial stages of the battle! It's fantastic, and I can't suggest it highly enough to anyone searching for nervous pals or simply more friends! The lay out, in-app activities and colour scheme is very appealing to adolescents between the ages of 12-16 years. Lots of people are sharing information, photos of themselves doing hobbies and activities which is a great way to appeal to others that share the same interests! However, I question the safety of the app as we live in a world of catfishing and trolling, it would be very easy to enter false details when creating an account on COLLT. I advise to approach strangers with slight caution always. It is always a good idea to double check the identity of someone on other social media sites so the friends you are making are definitely real people. This is always the safest thing to do before you socialise with people online or in reality. ### 3/5 — Insta and yube combined *2021-12-04, version 2.2.8* It’s an alright app. It feel like instagram because you get likes and followers. Furthermore, the yubo side feels like you’re actually interacting with others by viewing their pictures and seeing what they are doing. I can safely say COLLT is a key insight to a new social media narrative, as it allows people, including those with self-esteem issues, to feel safe and comfortable uploading photos within their control. The capability of posting collectively with friends, having a timer for when to view photos, allowing like-minded people to join the group shots and, of course, categorising hobbies you love to do whilst discovering those who share the same interests really does take photography to the next level. The possibilities are endless! Fortunately, I haven’t come across any issues with the app and overall I couldn’t recommend the app enough. ### 5/5 — In love with this new social media *2021-12-14, version 2.2.8* My favourite part of this app is getting to select your hobbies and interests so that you find people who are similar to you. I don’t feel the same pressure to have a huge social media following like I do on other platforms and love that you can choose between uploading a photo or taking one in the moment. I think it’s so cool how you can add a photo to a collection which interests you, and that you and friends can add to the same shot collection.
