I love that I am fully in control and am walked through every step. The music selection for mood and moment is also outstanding. I know some commentators are looking for a “profound experience”. Well, honey, that’s up to you! It’s not the size of the dose but your mentality towards it that conduces a profound experience. This treatment has helped my OCD and anxiety so much, especially after my 6th treatment. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind, understanding, and responsive. I am so grateful to this company and team for helping me get my brain back on track. I am by no means well off and paying for this did put me in a financial hole. When budgets are tight it is straining my ability to bills. Can’t get an answer from the finance company or nue life. This new one though, it just keeps loading icons going but nothing ever pops up. Can’t send msg or view anything, can’t set up my next session, can’t record mood, can’t see appt coming up, nothing. It’s not my phone because everything else is working fine. The app is the only thing not working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted phone, but still nothing. :( disappointed to say the least. He sent multiple confirmation emails and never called. I emailed no response. Update: he did eventually call 30min after our scheduled time.
