I have been using the Chicago, North Ave Medical location and now I am unable to order via the app. ### 1/5 — App SUCKS! *2026-02-28* The app sucks for this one, because it changes and doesn’t remember anything on your profile. I lost points because of this. ### 2/5 — Works half the time *2026-02-27* This app has so many user issues it’s ridiculous! Navigation back and forward cover up most other options like Checkout button and key parts of strain descriptions. When I am home, I live about 1.5 miles from NuEra and keep getting the message that you need to live close to a licensed dispensary to use the Shop. It won’t let me in to order. It is so irritating. It’s a great idea but execution and UX needs to be corrected and prioritized. ### 1/5 — Unable to Sign in *2025-08-23* The new update tells me my user name and password failed. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The line if there is a line at all is always fast moving the wait is never more then 10 mins. Their store has issues with internet access as much as their website loading content! Getting a hold of NuEra for help is terrible also.
