The same issue- not getting a response to email verification requests. I have solved this thanks to the reviews and responses here. It would be better if this was made clear on the initial instruction screens - I was not aware that I had to sign in on browser to activate 24/7 before I could be verified on the app! Firstly the video are amazing the trainers selected to record the trainings are exceptional. I would like to mention hit with Tan- not only he is a great trainer but also motivating and encouraging, total body work out with Chris- I smile when I put the video on and at the end every time I just had a great fun and workout. Each video has a music at the background which to me is very important. It’s the music they keeps me going. Spinning with Luke- one of my favourite, pump with Zara, and various yoga classes. There is so much yet to explore. Finally I mainly work out at lunch time so this app has given me 3 hours to my evening and I do it every day instead of going to the scheduled class when time allows. I also like knowing the exercises are designed by professional physio therapists and personal trainers. I’m not sent a verification email, I’ve checked junk and the bin but there is nothing, I’ve tried sending it more than once and it still doesn’t work. I’ve already had to call support for the gym class booking app because something went wrong with their systems. I’m not waiting TWO weeks for them to problem solve this as well.
