Rubbish! Stayed up until 2:20am for an appointment and the Dr didn’t show. Waited for 20mins, then received a message stating the appointment was completed and I was the one that didn’t attend. Next available appointment is 3 days away (unless I want to sit up until 4am). Waste of time. 

DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE IF YOUR MEDICAL CONDITION IS VERY WORRYING

Works fine on the phone but less good on an iPad in that it only works in portrait not landscape which contrary to most iPad stands

This service is incredible.  It is very difficult for me to get an appointment with my GP, especially now and I work full time.  I made my appointment easily and the doctor called right on time, I was prescribed antibiotics and the prescription was delivered the following day… a really easy process to follow.  Thoroughly recommend.
