The NUHS App is a mobile healthcare app solution that aims to empower, engage and enable patients to manage and take charge of their health. Developed by the National University Health System (NUHS) and Synapxe Pte. Ltd. For example, check lab results or payment. There will be an error showing “oops something went wrong. You may want to try again later”. If NUHs is trying to go digital, please make sure you have the capability before implementation if not it’ll be a nuisance to user. Hope that this issue can be resolved soon. ### 3/5 — Bill *2025-01-08, version 3.0.1* Still cant view bill ### 5/5 — App got worse *2025-01-05, version 3.0.1* Used to be able to reschedule appointments and do a whole load of things. But after the update, only the first page works. Subsequent, actions give only a blank page including payments. In short, nothing works on the app! Convenience is only temporary. From unnecessary links to SingPass, hard to book appointments and app issues is a very common thing that occurs. Even the staffs at nuh is complaining regarding the app system . People health is on the line and the app deters people away rather then give them the convenience. It makes things so much easier to talk to a live agent rather than a digibot. Please still put in the location before the “i have arrive” because I cannot arrive if I forget the clinic location. The bills should reflect where it is being charged to especially when using Zoom. It would be good if the Zoom payment account can be updated via the app instead of physically submitting a form at NUH.
