Deleted and Reinstalled App and Cleared Notifications as recommended. Also rechecked all settings and they are correct. Cheaper alternative is setting multiple alarms on Apple Watch.

You have to always have your phone with you to make this app work. It doesn’t stand alone on the watch. I’d have paid triple the amount of you could make it work off the watch and not have to have the phone app open the entire time. Makes the phone useless while this app is running.

I use this at my school. It helps me get back on track. The problem is that it beeps. Do you know how to make it just vibrate?

I read some reviews saying that the nudges/notifications don’t work, but they work perfectly fine for me. I use this app daily to keep myself focused on my work. Great app!

I’ve used this app to help me study for an upcoming exam and it was essential for keeping me on track. I tend to get off track easily so this was a great find for me. The ability to set how frequent you want the nudges to be makes it easy and super user friendly. Check it out!

So I downloaded this app because a friend recommended it to me. I’m a student and honestly I’m always getting distracted in the middle of class, so I decided to give it a try. I’m getting more focused on classes and i even use it when i study. Great idea to whoever though about this!
