## What is Numa?

Counting calories is a chore. Numa does it for you.

Photograph your plate and the foods, the portions and the macros are already in your diary. No weighing, no looking things up, no rules to memorise.

HOW YOU LOG A MEAL
• Take a photo. Numa reads the plate and estimates each portion.

• Search by name, or add the calories straight in when you already know them.

Every estimate arrives as a suggestion, not a fact. Numa shows you what it found, row by row, and you fix a portion or drop a line before anything is saved.

Most streaks punish you for having a life. Numa gives you two freeze days a month, so one missed evening never wipes out the month behind it. Finish inside your budget and the day turns green — and a day you barely ate does not count, because skipping meals is not the goal.
