Außerdem ist mir die App im Check-in zweimal abgestürzt und auch die Übersichtsseite „Dein Zimmer“ und „Deine Buchung verwalten“ stürzt immer nach 2Sekunden ab. Das geht definitiv besser. Noch dazu gab es einen Daten-Sicherheitsvorfall. ### 2/5 — App *2026-01-28* Schlecht, hängt nach update! Hoffentlich sind die Unterkünfte besser? ### 3/5 — Aufwand *2025-12-23* Aufwendige Registrierung ### 2/5 — No way to contact a human *2025-11-28* The web page won’t accept country input on iPhone, and WhatsApp said there were no appointments on the day of our arrival. The phone number we got from Google didn’t work. After an hour, we were able to enter by using an iPad with the iPhone as a hotspot. About an hour after all THAT, we got an email that gave us the code again. If the app doesn’t work properly, people aren’t going to want to sleep in the entry while waiting for an appointment to obtain something that should have been sent when the payment was made. That being said, at least the room was nice when we finally got to see it. Die Zimmer sind erstklassig. Bei dem Frühstück extern war ich skeptisch. Aber, eines Besseren belehrt. Auch perfekt in der Espresso-Bar. Not useful *2026-08-24* The app looks fancy but really not useful as a tool when checked in. The hotel is very barebone to the point I was hoping to use this app to help my stay at the hotel. I’m only able to connect via web. ### 1/5 — Worst experience with this company *2026-06-27* They locked me out of my room in 95f/35f for hours because they deactivated my code. they use a chat bot that’s unhelpful, I told them of the issue and was stuck in a feedback loop. I called them repeatedly for hours. This is not the company that you want to be staying with during important or critical situations because you will not get a timely response. ### 1/5 — App lässt sich nicht bedienen *2026-01-27* Leider eine Endlosschleife. Die App lässt sich nicht öffnen, weil sie meint, aktualisiert werden zu müssen. Schon X mal neu geladen aber immer wieder das gleiche Problem. ### 1/5 — Stay at Numa Linea in Rome *2025-09-03, version 1.31.0* I’m very disappointed in the hotel and quality of customer service. During my family weekend city break we experienced false fire alarm at 3 am at Friday night. All guests have been kept outside in front of the hotel for about 30 minutes because the hotel janitor couldn’t find the problem. Eventually they informed all guests outside that we are not allowed to use fake chargers as this might cause a fire alarm. I’ve never heard such a bull sh… during staying in different hotels for the last 15 years. Then the next day on Saturday night there was no hot water in the bathroom which we reported on Saturday night. On Sunday morning there was apologies from the online customer service that nobody is available to fix the issue right not and they will assist as soon as possible. Still on Monday morning there was no hot water. For the two days of our 3 days city break we had to do our personal higieny with baby wipes. The only positive was the close location to the Termini Station. ### 1/5 — Usability ist mies *2025-08-21* Die App braucht jedesmal ewig, um Daten zu laden, es gibt keinen Cache oder sowas. Kann man heutzutage besser machen, so viele Daten hat ja ein gebuchter Hotelaufenthalt nicht. Bilder kann man speichern, die ändern sich nicht. App fragt nach Ferdback zur App wenn ich den Checkout auslösen will. Apps, die mich unterbrechen bekommen eine schlechte Bewertung. ### 1/5 — Add reservation ID does nothing *2025-05-20* Probably the most important thing you want to do with such an app is to manage your reservation. But you can't. The 'Add your reservation ID' button doesn't work at all. I'm very disappointed and annoyed that I've created an account for nothing just to enter my details on the website again for the online check in. ### 1/5 — Terrible app and service *2024-10-05* Terrible app. Always crashes. They also have terrible rooms where they book you right next to busy restaurants. Literally right outside your window to where you can talk to patrons. And they play music at all times of the night. If you wanna contact a human, that’s almost impossible, you will get a chat bot thought. Only stay here if you want to subsidize for the service staff that your money would usually go to. It would be fine if they didn’t charge the high prices. ### 2/5 — Really not the best system *2026-08-03* This app is awful, it crashes randomly I got locked out of the app and had to reinstall it (it kept booting me back to the Home Screen when I would open the app). Every time I open a new page in the my room tab it asks me to accept the terms and conditions (despite having tapped accept multiple times) except uh-oh there’s another problem, half the time it won’t let you tap anything and just freezes so you have to restart the app. No matter how many times you tap accept it will still bring the tab up when you click almost anything. In the hotel room there is a flyer saying to order “le room service” there partner through the app, Except it’s nowhere to be found in the app. None of the smart controls work one of the key features of the app. You can find your personal PIN code and the building PIN code in the confirmation email. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Amsterdam *2026-06-18* We very much enjoyed our stay.
