## What is NuMale?

The NuMale app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a NuMale patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your NuMale provider. Communicate with NuMale in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

The NuMale app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for [Provider Name] patients and you can't use the app unless you're a [Provider Name] patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad.
