The app however isn’t great, I have to keep deleting and uploading as it jumps from the up to date version to what I can only say is an old version. Don’t know why this keeps happening. ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2026-02-22* I cannot quite believe what they have done with their pricing model. I’ve been a customer for a year now and after the annual check-in they reset my subscription and have removed all discount subscription options. They’re treating existing customers like new ones but without the perks for new ones. And of course there’s nothing anyone can do. All the best, The Numan Team ### 3/5 — Lost progress and tracker *2025-08-21* Switched to Wegovy from Mounjaro and lost all previous data. Plus they charged me twice when I switched, that is sorted by the Customer Care anyway and they were very kind and prompt. I also think they are the most expensive supplier in the market. When Mounjaro prices will increase, it was announced that for a 7.5mg it would be around £250 with other suppliers. I was already paying that amount without the increase, so I switched. Extreme projectile vomiting and 24 hour diarrhoea. It’s never worth putting your body through this. They changing Wegovy dosages like however they want to get money from you and they don’t care about your health. Cleared cache uninstall and reinstalled several times happening on both my new iPad & iPhone 15. Incredibly frustrating reported several times. Takes days to get back to you weekends it’s a no go area from Friday pm to Tuesday no one gets back to you about your order (even If it’s damaged and needs to be replaced) STILL Waiting for replacement to be sent out it’s now 14-8-25 It was delivered on 8-9-25 and it was damped down my side off house and was leaking due to Brocken in box. I was in when Royal Mail made the delivery ( if there nocked on the door you could see it leaking and whould of sent it back at the time. They are always professional, helpful, polite, and very supportive. They explain everything clearly and always try to help as quickly as possible. I found the treatment, the app and the personal support excellent. I lost weight on the lowest dose I.e I didn’t increase from the initial 2.5ml per week. However, my costs rocketed from just under £100 per month to £250 per month. My weight, as predicted by my doctor is piling back on. Over the last 8 weeks I have gained 10lb. Conclusion great if like me you need to shift weight for a surgary, but it is expensive and only works in the short term. Numan aren’t about taking your money, sending out medicine, get on with it. They provide you with support with your relationship with food at your pace. This is a lifestyle change with help and if you use the medicine, the coaches available and want a change, Numan really can make a difference.
