The APP and Website tell me I have entered the wrong email address when I try and fill in the challenge feature. I am getting multiple emails asking me to complete the Bill Pay enrollment, but it’s not possible to complete this online because of the bug. If that was addressed the app would be 100x more useful ### 4/5 — One tweak would be nice *2018-01-14* Overall the app is wonderful. To get five stars and make your customers very happy, it would be great to be able to check off the things that you have recorded in your checkbook. For example, if I check off something in my checkbook, it would be nice to touch the entry in the app and have it change color so that I know I’ve already seen it. I’ve called twice already about the information they have on file not being correct. Every-time the app has issues I need to reset my password. In order to reset my password I need to verify my ID. Can’t verify my id if the information they have on file is wrong. Weeks later, Nothing... then I called the bank, they tell you that you'd actually have to do it on the actual website....why not have the app tell you that you can't sign-up for mobile app unless you do it through the website? Where did all my personal information go? I’ve been a member for some time. The app was great. I loved all the improvements that have been made over time. The recent update removed the date headers from the Account history page. I can’t stand it. By removing those headings, the heading for pending transactions is also gone. So it’s hard to tell which transactions cleared and which are still pending. Please put the headers back in account history! ### 2/5 — Needs improvements *2019-04-23, version 5.11.23* It would be nice if one could make payments to their loan via the app. If you use an external bank account for payment, you cannot pay your loan via the app. ### 3/5 — New Format *2025-08-23* Since I now live in Florida and don’t go on the site on a regular basis I was unaware that this was happening. I have since found out all my emails from NuMark went to junk file. I would have give it a higher score if not for the clerk that called me back with a bad attitude when I said it would have been nice if I would have gotten some kind of notice that this was happening.
