It is stuck. I was going to delete and download again. I have had to do this in the past but I lost all my points and had to start over with zero. These include needing more than the indicated 3 matches to remove a block, not giving credit for games/levels won, randomly removing the weekly bonus points earned and setting you back to zero midweek.
