## What is Number Pie?

Number system conversions made easy!

As with all our Apps this App provides the underlying maths and theory behind the calculations together with worked examples. This will allow you to not just get an answer, but more more importantly, to understand how the answer was derived.

Number Pie is written to allow you to convert between number systems with ease. The following two features are available within the App:

Base Convert

This feature contains three options that allow the user to enter either a Base 10 Decimal number, Base 2 Binary number or Base 16 Hexadecimal number. The input number is then converted into its corresponding Decimal, Binary, or Hexadecimal equivalent.

Roman Convert

Upon entering either a Decimal number or a Roman numeral number this feature converts the input into its corresponding Decimal or Roman value.
