After a couple of weeks off and on I have got as far as it is possible to go (max number 65536 with rest of grid completed), and racked up a score of over 911,000. Yes, it is buggy, hence only 4 stars. In particular, switching out of app can result in loss of last hour's play (irritating). Also noted that undo operation when moving tiles in the corners can often miss a step and has to be repeated (resulting in the loss of two or more moves each time). Easily fixed I am sure. Would be interested to know if a 5x5 game is a possibility. Presumably that would occupy me for months... ### 3/5 — Won't let me go further *2014-12-31, version 1.1* It's a fun game until you reach I certain point. For no reason the program resets itself and your points disappear. Total CR@P! ### 1/5 — Scoring is screwed up *2014-08-14, version 1.1* Skip this one! The scoring is screwed up at the higher levels. I got suspicious after a while, so I played the game to the same level online (65536 and 32768 at that point) as I had on the app, and the online score was a good half a million points higher than on this crap-app! It seems to play okay at the basic level, but maybe the app writer didn't realise that a lot of people go way past 2048. No excuse for that kind of snafu. This happens a lot in the game where tiles randomly disappear and I usually undo until they reappear but I couldn't get this one to come back.
