Worst yet their customer service completely ignored my request for help. I noticed less calls but I still get a couple every day. This app does not do what it says ### 2/5 — Blocks calls not voice mails *2026-06-03, version 3.3* Feels useless as what I want is an app that stops robo calls from clogging my voice mail. This is truly the best and has saved me the stress I see my husband going through every day his phone constantly ringing especially political calls but he’s afraid to use an app to block numbers even though I’ve never blocked a legitimate number. This solved it. Verizon wants me to pay an additionally monthly fee to block just 10 "neighborhood codes"(the first 6 digits). Number shield just let me 6 area codes i get all my spam from. Number shied let me block 6+ million numbers for a one time payment of 2.99! Verizon wanted me to pay 3.99 A MONTH to block just 10 neighborhood codes(6 digits) thus only 100,000 numbers. Number shield is doing what verizon refuses to. This service should be provided by verizon for FREE but i had to find a third party app to handle this. Thank you for this great, fairly one-time-prices app. 10/10 amazing ### 5/5 — WOW. Spam has dropped a lot *2026-06-10, version 3.3* So this may sound bad, but I have only had 23 spam calls for the first 20 days of May, but that is down from over 60 a month. I usually get 2-3 a day from similar exchanges. Now I block them and my spam calls are a third of what they used to be. International spam has completely stopped. Great program. UPDATE: I have been using this app for years. I don’t get nearly as many spam calls as I used to. However, my spam text messages have skyrocketed. When there is a pattern, I have started blocking the exchanges for spam texts and those are dropping. The only problem is that spammers are constantly changing numbers.
