I kill the boss at the end and then nothing happens. Forced ads popping during gameplay are extremely annoying, but why would I spend $4 to remove them on a broken game? FIX IT!!! ### 2/5 — Too many adds, game breaks at stage 5 *2023-03-06, version 1.3.9* The amount if forced adds is far too frequent considering all of the optional adds for upgrades. The game also straight up breaks after besting the boss on stage 5. I get to wave 13/12 and kill the boss, it leaves behind a husk of the boss that just moves in place and does no damage. No more enemies come and it just never ends. It is an otherwise fun game but the adds and bugs make it unworthy of your time. ### 2/5 — Fun game that needs work!! *2023-02-20, version 1.3.9* So this is a fun game. You move around trying to avoid the “numbers” while your ship shoots whatever items you have been able to get. The shooting is automatic so you don’t aim but just avoid getting hit by the enemy. As you destroy the enemy some will leave behind little items that you collect to gain experience. When you gain enough experience your ship levels up and you can choose an upgrade (some are weapons and some are abilities that help you stay alive longer). As you complete levels you are given crystals to upgrade your starting ship. There are many mid-game ads as other reviews have said. This can be frustrating as others have mentioned, since timing might get your ship destroyed. This could be easily corrected by having a countdown after the ads are done where you can see your ship and the surroundings so you can plan your move. My concern is how buggy it is. I am on stage 5 and am able to compete it. The problem is that when I do the game does not end the stage, but does not provide any more enemies to fight. So I am stuck driving my ship with nothing to do but wait for the next mid-game ad. I would love to give this more stars, but it seems like a game that was rushed out just to get ad revenue and nothing more. Why do I think that? Most of the reviews I just read (going back about 3 months from when I am writing this) all mention the mid-game ads being an issue. But like at least one other review has said level 5 the game doesn’t end when you kill the boss, no more enemies spawn you just sit there in an empty void and eventually quit out of frustration wasting the 15-20 minutes it took to get there without even getting the reward to unlock things. When I’m playing while listening to music on my earbuds it gets annoying to hear the sounds break through over my music. It keeps you hooked trying to get to the next level, the rewards to upgrade going into the next level are good but will take time to max out everything, for where I have left only 4 stars I do not seem to be able to pass level 5 as it has glitched out every time and when I get to around level 27 on the experience bar the wave progress goes to 13/12 and I have to return to home each time losing my crystal progress. Perhaps to be able to cash out on the crystals if your short on time and can’t complete there and then or a save progress to complete at a later time would be a handy feature. Get over it. The game needs refinement. It gets harder much quicker than your power increases. There are no descriptions of what the various items and ships are and some of them I have no idea what they do, even after I choose them. So continued development will make this game better. Game is not optimized for iPad. I can’t select different ships as the button to do so is blocked by the bottom menu. The upgrade chests, I can’t see everything they include as the 2 upgrades on the bottom are blocked by the menu. And there’s no way to contact the developer to tell them these things. ### 3/5 — Not bad, needs options *2023-02-01* The game has been improved since the balance update. I enjoy playing it now, however have noticed a couple things - There is no way to mute sounds. With my phone on silent and with my earphones in I am forced to listen to the game. A volume slider or mute button would help here. - I deleted the game and started again. I have noticed that some pickups I had unlocked before deleting the game are still unlocked since reinstalling and starting again. Since reinstalling as well, I have noticed a couple pickups that were already unlocked the first time before unlocking them.
