### 2/5 — Various Issues

*2026-06-13*

12 Jun 2026:

I tried to help developers with this app; but, it suffers from too many issues from Syncing with other devices to loosing data entries saved before. UI has issues like calendar date does not default to ‘Today’. I finally gave up on it and the subscription after little improvement and dwindling email responses with developers.

20 Mar 20:

App is supposed to sync and backup to iCloud when logged in; however, the app does not sync between devices.

**Developer response:** Edit: Again, Thanks for the report, and sorry for the trouble back in v1.0. Cross-device sync was fixed in v1.3.3, along with Watch sync reliability. If you give it another try and anything still feels off, email hello@getnumbertwo.app and I'll personally look into it.

Originial:
Thank you for trying Number Two and for taking the time to leave this feedback - it really helps us improve.

You're right: sync between devices should just work when you're signed in, and we're sorry it didn't for you. We've identified the issue and a fix is already in progress.

We'd love to make this right. If you reach out to us at hello@getnumbertwo.app, we'll ensure your data is fully synced across your devices and would like to offer you something for the trouble.

We're a small team and we care deeply about getting this right. Thank you for your patience.
