## What is Number2project?

Number2project is the private field-operations app used by technicians and administrators of Number2project Sofa & Recliner Repair Experts.

For technicians:
• See available repair jobs in your assigned service areas in real time
• Get instant push notifications when new leads come in
• Claim jobs with one tap, schedule visits, and navigate to customer addresses
• Capture parts used, work performed, and customer signatures on-site
• Track your earned commission and completed-job history

For administrators:
• Assign technicians to service areas and oversee the full job pipeline
• Review and approve technician onboarding (licensing, insurance, W-9, contracts)
• Manage customers, track repeat business, and send branded email campaigns
• Monitor payments, commission accruals, and customer ratings

This is a private business tool. Customer-facing furniture repair requests are submitted at https://number2project.com — this app is used by our staff to fulfill those requests.
