We definitely hear you on the need for push notifications in our app. Hopefully, you saw that we do offer email notifications. Works. *2017-09-23* This app is essentially a shortcut to the number barn mobile website. There are no bells and whistles but it can store your login PW. Good companion to the parking/forwarding service number barn offers. WYSISYG ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Calls don’t reach your phone *2023-08-31* I’d been using number barn for years, then one day it stopped working. I use the service for my business. Some calls make it through, some don’t and that’s the biggest problem because most people probably don’t even realize half the calls aren’t coming through. I only find out when I have angry customers yell at me. For a year and a half every month or so I have to contact NumberBarn support. They tell me “great news! We’ve fixed your issue!” It’s never been fixed. It improves for a day or two then regresses. It does confirm that it’s a number barn issue, because they are able to improve performance in the short term. I don’t know what’s going on over there but it feels like they are intentionally diverting resources from my line at certain times of the day or after a certain amount of time since my last complaint. ### 1/5 — Login *2022-07-14* Cannot log in even with correct credentials ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-06-07* This app is completely useless. You cannot login with your credentials with the app. You can only use the web browser. ### 1/5 — NumberBarn is great. App is awful *2022-01-19* There are so many bugs with the app (though the website is not any better). It’s really too bad because the service they offer is great. Says username or password not found with same credentials that work in the website. Review from 2 years ago describes this same problem. NumberBarn should remove this app from the app store if they are not supporting it. ### 1/5 — Just a web browser *2021-03-10* This app is simply a web browser restricted to the NumberBarn website, which makes it pointless. I'd rather just use my own browser. I’m very fond of it. The App Store works fine on my iPad, or as well as it ever has, but it’s not stable on my new iPhone mini ### 1/5 — I think it’s safe to assume this app is DEAD *2021-01-20, version 1.01* UPDATED REVIEW IN 2021 I use NumberBarn for a number of different phone numbers and while the website provides full functionality, it does not work well on Safari on iOS. The one thing that I really need is SMS notifications without constantly checking the NumberBarn website. Unfortunately this old, outdated app doesn’t do that anymore since it hasn’t been updated in FIVE YEARS! And with the last update to the NumberBarn app being four five ago, I think that it’s safe to say that the NumberBarn app has been abandoned. It’s such a shame because the actual NumberBarn service is fantastic! 😭 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even work *2018-12-18* App doesn’t even work. Good luck trying to sign on. No ability to record greetings without doing it through their clunky phone call nonsense that doesn't even let you review or re-record... just record once, hang up, and hope it was ok. This is very frustrating when they wont call a non US number to do it. ESPECIALLY since one of the main reasons to do this is because you need to/have already gone overseas. They were consistent in touching base with me and I didn’t have to wait for replies. They sent me emails to ensure my port away went smoothly as we had some issues on the next carriers end.
