### 1/5 — SMS Push Notifications falling?

I normally use this on the website but I am also noticing that I do not get notifications of my text messages. The text message functionality works between phones and devices but the notifications are not showing up on this version of the app. I think this needs updated and cleaned up. Fix the push notifications and I will give this a higher score. Thanks.

Notifications don’t work. Some people don’t receive your texts. Have to close app before you can see incoming texts after using the app. Only thing that seems to work as it should is that my phone rings when someone calls. The text feature is horrible though.

Very frustrated with this service. Switched from Number Barn thinking this app would
Handle my calls and texts better. But half the time I have to dial numerous times to connect and after sending 3-4 texts I get an error message and I’m done!! Customer service does not respond quickly and their troubleshooting does not solve the problem. Shopping for new service!!!

Switched from nextiva.  This service was a better value and so far so good.  

Everything works.  Was so easy to setup compared to nextiva and just more user friendly.   Customer support got back to me fast with answers to questions. 

Only complaint so far is the lack of a badge icon on the app image to show things like unread voicemail.   You get the banner popup. But if you miss the banner there is no 1,2,3 etc badge that shows up on app icon to let you know you have a message waiting. 

So I am hoping the developers see this and can all that functionality to the app.
