The payment processed through Apple, however the app gave me an “error” message and automatically cancelled my campaign. I have tried multiple times and changed many parameters on my selections to try and figure out why the campaign is getting kicked when my payment was taken. I reached out to support and have yet to get a response. Despite the timely cancellation I was still charged an extra two months!
