The customer service is always on point and helps you every step of the way. I understand that their a new company which means there’s always room for growth. They’ve gotten me noticed in different cities, taking the leg work out of music promotion. If they’ve made any mistakes, I definitely didn’t notice it. I love working with them and look forward to working with them many years to come. If you’re an upcoming/current artist, rapper, singer, want to promote your business, etc., I recommend signing up with them. The payment processed through Apple, however the app gave me an “error” message and automatically cancelled my campaign. I have tried multiple times and changed many parameters on my selections to try and figure out why the campaign is getting kicked when my payment was taken. I reached out to support and have yet to get a response. Such a shame this turned out to not even be a functioning product. ### 1/5 — Scame *2024-06-01, version 2.2* This is scame!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Keeps charging me after subscription cancellation *2023-12-11* I got suckered in with the free trial and once I realized this was not beneficial, I quickly canceled all campaigns. I never received a text with the code and even checked my email in case they accidentally meant email instead of text. Nothing came. Either a complete scam to get your basic information or a poorly set up interface, but ultimately couldn’t get past the sign up stage. ### 1/5 — Just downloaded it! *2021-08-04, version 1.0.9* It doesn’t seem to work!
