Within just 5 days, I was charged $90 — with absolutely no warning. I reached out to customer service and disputed it with my bank, but was unable to get a refund either way. The app itself offers very little value, and the customer support is essentially non-existent. It said “We encountered an error while trying to cancel your subscription. Please try again later.” So I did and it said the same thing. Long story short I ended up forgetting about it for a couple years and so far have been charged about $200. I just noticed it and tried to file a dispute but Numerade fought back saying I provided my own card number email and everything. They rejected my dispute and I still cannot cancel this subscription. IT SAYS THE SAME THING STILL when trying to cancel. They do not have a customer service number., so I emailed them and never got a response back. I don’t know what to do.
