WhatsApp a été bloqué 5 fois avec un numéro UK et il a été impossible de l’utiliser. J’ai demandé un remboursement qui a été refusé par le service client. J’ai ensuite été harcelée pendant plus de 24 heures par des dizaines de numéros différents sur WhatsApp et par téléphone, alors que je leur ai indiqué à plusieurs reprises que je ne souhaitais plus aucun échange avec eux. Sous prétexte de vouloir « m’aider », ils m’ont demandé de « retirer mon avis sur l’App Store », faute de quoi ils ne supprimeraient pas mes données. Autrement dit, malgré mes demandes répétées de cesser tout contact, les sollicitations ont continué au point que j’ai dû changer de numéro de téléphone. Une plainte va être déposée contre cette entreprise. C’est aberrant. À fuir! **Developer response:** Cher client, Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre cela.
