I purchased a one-year subscription, expecting reliable service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. When I encountered a problem, instead of helping me resolve it, their support team kept asking me to complete seven steps, including using my old WhatsApp account and the original phone number. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that number. I provided all the proof and explanations they requested, but nothing changed. They keep sending the same instructions that I simply cannot complete. They refuse to refund my money or even offer me a replacement number that can receive WhatsApp verification codes. Imagine paying for a one-year subscription and receiving this level of customer service when something goes wrong! My advice: Think twice before purchasing from Numero. They may take your money, but when you face a serious problem, don’t expect proper support or a reasonable solution. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. ### 4/5 — Customer service *2026-10-30, version 6.2.25* They attend to my requests and help me manage around the obstacles I faced ### 5/5 — Exceptional *2026-10-28, version 6.2.25* Very convenient and excellent customer service ### 5/5 — دعم فنى ممتاز *2026-10-27, version 6.2.25* دعم فنى ممتاز و فى الحال ### 5/5 — Best service provider *2026-10-27, version 6.2.25* I have been using their service for the past year, and I am truly impressed.
