Not awarding points won. Making us wait 72 hours before unplaced games disappear (and without awarding points!). Plays not going through the first time. Emailed the developer who is surprised by my comments but doesn’t act on any of them. I have paid to get rid of adverts but might ask for a refund unless the developer acts on the faults. ### 1/5 — New update *2026-08-14, version 9.0.0* They’ve taken an excellent game and completely ruined it. Change of font makes it less legible, the new version doesn’t keep the order I put my numbers in so at the end of each turn they go back to random. I have paid for the premium subscription for a couple of years now (recently paid for this year) yet today it asked for the latest upgrade version to be uploaded and now the game does not work properly - cannot lay a tile and play as it only accepts a swap or pass.
