Not awarding points won. Making us wait 72 hours before unplaced games disappear (and without awarding points!). Plays not going through the first time. Emailed the developer who is surprised by my comments but doesn’t act on any of them. Change of font makes it less legible, the new version doesn’t keep the order I put my numbers in so at the end of each turn they go back to random. And now I can't repurchase to get rid of ads because you say I already have...!!! Zero support! I'm happy to pay again and you won't let me...?! Many hours of trial and error App does not work reliably So promising , was ready to pay.....but not now One of my suspicions is the Advertisement pop ups somehow interfere with the flow of the game and prevent it from updating inside the game properly -one device —no banners for game show up...ok..restart App..no help Ok...delete App...reinstall ...ok ...after invite ...banner show up.. start play ..... but other device don’t have banners... Ok...delete and reinstall on other device....no fix...still no banners for game(notification come, but game not show as banner) — Notification work sometimes..sometimes not —- Inside game “Waiting for opponent to make move” sometimes does not “update”= I can still make move=it is my turn...but don’t know it...it’s just trial and error...is it my turn or not...must just try...or go “home”(house icon)...then it “updates”= FRUSTRATING ————- User name issues: If user don’t create password ...logs out (or just delete App in hopes reinstall will help).... Deleting App...reinstall... OH ,can I use same username?...yes!. But then when searching ...there is two users of same name! Either don’t allow “duplicate” names -or allow same name that logs in 2nd time create “proper”account with password(without being there the same username showing in search=no way to distinguish which user is the “old”one —- ! Creating a password After found into game as new user....go to use page...maybe upload photo... add the email for password recovery.... ...BUT where to create the password? No clue...hit Update user...ok....still no password create option... ok go back(with left arrow)...maybe the dialog for create password will “pop” up?( I remember it on other device)...NO still no way to add password ——— Rematch Finished game banner...would be nice to initiate Rematch with that user directly from that banner....or when it jumps into the finished game ....it could be a option(under the “hamburger” menu) ...I thing the option to rematch was there before(not sure) —— SameFrustratingExperience on Android —no gameShow as banner after Invite — Again ...this trying and typing took hours from my life ... Yet I keep coming back because in theory it's a great game. My current problem is that it won't alert me when an opponent plays so I have to check it all the time. I've told all my opponents to text me when it's my turn. I am deleting the game as of today. I've tried and tried and waited for them to fix things and I'm tired of it. There are so many problems that I don't want to bother to list them. Support is nonexistent so I'm gone. Too bad, I really like the game. Either the developers are too lazy to fix the game, or simply don't know how. However I am learning the hard way that some are playing the system to dishonestly reach their way to top of the leagues… These ‘top’ players open up a game but then don’t respond when playing. They let the time run out deliberately, so my still unplayed high number of numbers is shown as a loss and a big win for them ! If Numfeud changed the rules to make it fair for everyone, so if someone deliberately stops playing, then they get 0 points, instead of benefitting from high points which they haven’t earnt with this unfair manipulation. If anything, award the victim of the lost points to stop this happening.
