It doesn’t save information about the houses we have visited. Therefore we have to constantly check in with each other to see what houses have already been contacted and what is left to do. We have to document everything we do on paper or take screenshots so this app is pointless. Our point person contacts support multiple times a week. Bless their heart they say they’re working on it but again it’s been 4 months. On a positive note, the data is archived for the company lol **Developer response:** Hi Annabhelpme, we're sorry to hear about these issues. All data is being saved and our real-time data sharing sync feature means that every user in your walk list gets immediate updates whenever other team members knock doors. However, there is occasionally a delay in the sync that may cause the issues you're seeing. We have a major update shipping in the next week or two that should significantly mitigate those delays. Plagued with glitches and constantly breaking, Numinar likely led to the defeat of our candidate. Some users cannot use the app, because they don’t have a phone data provider plan. Users should be able to download a walk list/precinct over WiFi, and be able to mark the map as they go house to house. When the person returns home, the walk data can be uploaded over WiFi. Also, when I lookup a voter, it doesn’t tell me all of the voter’s info, such as voting districts… which would tell me what races would be on their ballot. Would be nice if, at the county or state level, we could load the races & candidates. That information could pop up, when you lookup a voter. You could then download the candidates and text it to the voter. **Developer response:** Hi Lor_michelle, the app does actually have an offline mode feature that allows you to download the walk list using WiFi, go offline and knock doors, and then upload all those surveys when you return to WiFi! This would have been super helpful, especially for those who wanted a sign.
