MSRX AI Calculator answers everyday maths the way you would ask it out loud, and shows you how it got there. Type or dictate a question — "split an 84.50 bill with a 20% tip between three", "30% off 149", "add 8.5% tax to 60", "12 km to miles", "300000 loan at 6.5% over 25 years". You get the number, a plain-English answer, and the working, so you can check it rather than trust it. EXACT BY DESIGN The intelligence reads your question. A separate maths engine does the arithmetic. Every figure on screen comes from that engine, never from a language model guessing at digits — so a tip split lands on 28.32, not a plausible 28.30. A TAPE, NOT A BOX The display keeps the roll. Recent calculations sit above the current line, ruled off like a printing calculator, and any of them can be tapped to reuse. Select several in History to read their running total, or export the roll as a PDF. Newer Phones answer plain-language questions on-device too. On older Phones a built-in offline solver handles the everyday ones, and only the questions it cannot parse are sent — as text alone, with no identity attached — to an AI service to be answered.
