Who's calling from that unknown number? With Nummeropslag you can look up any Danish phone number in seconds and instantly see whether to pick up — company, spam rating or private person. HOW IT WORKS Enter an 8-digit Danish number and get the whole picture in one place: who's behind it, a spam score, a trust meter and reviews from other people. WHAT YOU GET • The company behind the number — straight from the official, public CVR business register. Real data, not scraped phonebooks. • Person or business? — instantly see whether an unknown number belongs to a registered company or a private individual. • Spam & scam check — a clear spam score and trust meter before you answer. • Community reviews — read what others experienced and leave your own: spam, scam, telemarketing, company or private. • One-tap reporting — flag spam and fraud numbers and help everyone else. • Spam labels in the Phone app — known spam numbers are labelled and the worst are blocked automatically, even offline. Turn it on under Phone → Call Blocking & Identification. • Google-verified business info — address, industry and ratings where available. • SMS filter — messages from unknown senders that match known spam numbers are moved to Junk automatically. Enable it under Settings → Apps → Messages → Unknown Senders. BUILT INTO IPHONE • Siri & Shortcuts — say "Look up number" to jump straight to search. • Spotlight — start a lookup from your Home Screen. • Share a number — share from Phone, Messages or Contacts to look it up. • Universal links — nummeropslag.dk links open directly in the app. • Widget & Control Center — start a lookup from the Home Screen or Control Center. REMINDERS (OPTIONAL) iPhone does not show anything by itself once a call has ended. So — if you allow notifications — the app can send one quiet reminder a while after a lookup where we could NOT work out who the number belonged to. You can write who it was straight from the notification. There is always a "Don't know / didn't answer" button that sends nothing. We ask at most once per number, and we only ask for permission once the app has already been useful. You can decline and keep using everything else. PRIVACY ABOVE EVERYTHING Most caller-ID apps upload your entire contact list. Nummeropslag never does. • We never copy your phonebook. • We don't collect personal data and we sell nothing. • Only anonymous, aggregated signals. GDPR-friendly by design. Look up a number and leave your first review — the app gets smarter as more people join. nummeropslag.dk ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.2.4 — 2026-08-30 CALLER ID COULD NOT BE TURNED ON — FIXED Some people got a "try again" error when switching Nummeropslag on under Call Blocking & Identification. The extension used too much memory and iOS stopped it. It is now lightweight and turns on right away. If it still fails, the app retries by itself after a moment. THE APP NOW RUNS ON OLDER IPHONES We support all the way back to iOS 15, so an older phone can see who is calling too. Siri shortcuts still need a newer iOS — the app now says so correctly. ALSO: • Fixed icons that were missing on older iOS versions. • Review dates now appear in your own language. ### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-19 NEW: OUR ANALYSIS We now weigh how recent a signal is and where it comes from. Old complaints about a number that behaves well today no longer brand it forever — and a number that is active right now is not softened by old praise. NEW: THE NUMBER MAY HAVE CHANGED OWNER If every complaint is old, or the company behind the number is newer than the complaints, we say so clearly — so you are not warned about the wrong party. NEW: REMINDER WITH A REPLY FIELD (OPTIONAL) If you allow notifications, the app can send one quiet reminder after a lookup where we could NOT identify the number — and you can write who it was straight from the notification. There is always a "Don't know / didn't answer" button that sends nothing. We ask at most once per number. ALSO: • Operator info and a warning for numbers that are not assigned (spoofing). • Fixed: "Finish setup" stayed on screen even when everything was enabled. • Fixed: connection error during lookups. ### 1.2.2 — 2026-08-14 Old complaints now count for less than recent ones. • A number with years-old reports whose latest feedback is positive now shows as "appears to be fine today" — instead of being blamed for what a previous owner did. • New "The owner may have changed" note explains an old history instead of hiding it. • Feedback from other countries counts for less than Danish feedback. • Warning about possible spoofing when the number is not assigned to a Danish operator. • You can now report an inappropriate comment. • Numbers shared by several companies: see the full list with links to details. • Dark mode is now readable, and the app gives haptic feedback.
