It has shrunk the available board for plays. And you can barely tell which tiles have been played by the other player. I have to switch back and forth multiple times in the history to see what has changed. The game is way less fun now. This is a classic malware fishing plot. I can sen a screenshot if you’d like. ### 2/5 — Friends missing *2026-04-23, version 5.8.3* What happened to my list of friends that I played with after this update? I had started with random friends but some of us still always play now their names aren’t on my list. There are no names there. How do I get them back? ### 3/5 — Latest update *2025-12-12, version 5.1.2* The latest update has reduced the size of the numbers. I’m struggling to see the numbers. ### 2/5 — Ad based version criminal *2025-12-09* Lately after I take my turn I get an ad that has actually taken a screenshot of my homepage and put a warning on top of it stating my phone’s out of memory and to click here to fix it. This is a violation of my privacy, not just an ad. It’s sounds like malware would be installed if I clicked but I know better than that. This ad or whatever it is needs to be pulled from your advertiser list. Taking a screenshot of my homepage is absolutely absurd! **Developer response:** Hello chcxvjhb, Thank you for reporting this. I play with several people and my board ALWAYS says it’s their turn. Also the new board is horrible on the iPad. It’s a split screen with all my games on one side making the playing field half the size. It has a good amount of time available so it doesn’t eat into your day but will allow you to jump in and out with ease. My problem is: I was logged out of my account randomly (probably an update) and need an email to get back in. I’ve tried every one I can think of but none are working- I purchased the game and don’t want to lose progress. I have my username and password but not my email. Every time I go to get help, it brings me back to the app (which I cannot log into). There used to be one 15 second ad every few games, and it was so easy to put up with I never skipped them. Now, there’s an ad every time you pick a tile, and it takes up to four presses of the X or Close to get rid of them - for a game I only spent three seconds looking at and pressing one button, thirty seconds of ad with multiple needs for me to interact is rubbish. When I bother to play, if I have to pick a tile, I immediately close and reopen the app to dodge the ads entirely now. Played with my wife for many years. Over the past few months, the ads have been especially evil. You hit the X but it just continues the ad or takes you to the App Store. The first time it happened I had to wait three days for it to reset. I have not been able to contact anyone with regards to this issue and have no way of fixing it.
