### 2/5 — Update app and Offline(?)

*2026-06-04*

I can’t use the app, it says im im in the offline mode, but i can write this comment and use internet normally, but not for Numo app. And I can’t log in any other device as well. Helped me a lot, but This is the end.

**Developer response:** Hi Matteus, I'm really sorry this bug happened. I'd love to figure out what went wrong, so please write to me at julia@numo.ai and we'll help you fix it. Really glad Numo was useful to you — and I hope it gets even more useful when we fix this bug and launch exciting updates that we're working on right now. — Julia, founder of Numo

### 5/5 — Essential survival tool for anyone with any kind of brain.

*2026-04-13, version 11.8.3*

Just got it 2days ago. It's an ESSENTIAL NEED and an ADHD must have.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-04-11, version 11.8.3*

Makes me know that people have the same things as me

### 5/5 — Simple. Effective. Fun. Not overwhelming.

*2026-04-04, version 11.8.3*

Definitely enjoying all the new updates. This is the only app of this type that I have used for this long and I’m not gotten bored by it. It’s simple. It’s fun. Is effective. It does not overwhelm my brain.

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2026-03-23, version 11.7.1*

Very helpful. Mom of five, in school, working full time. This app is a life saver

### 5/5 — THE BEST

*2026-03-14, version 11.7.1*

Absolutely love this app as it keeps me motivated and on track. Also has lots of useful information.

### 5/5 — Didn’t expect it to be this good!

*2026-03-14, version 11.7.1*

I have tried multiple apps as an ADHDer, and this is the only one that has actually helped me. The community portion is actually significantly more helpful than I expected.

### 5/5 — Probs the Best

*2026-03-04, version 11.6.2*

This is the only to do list app that I’ve used consistently and daily. All the dopamine hits for creating tasks and completing them, as well as the subtasks and customization make it really effective for this ADHDer & I’ sure reform those who are self diagnosed or on the spectrum

### 5/5 — Love itttt

*2026-02-12, version 11.3.1*

Slay you

### 5/5 — So far so good!

*2026-02-06, version 10.6.3*

I’m really loving all the benefits of this app within the free version.

### 5/5 — Simple but works

*2026-01-19, version 10.6.3*

It’s simple, but the advice videos are good and it’s helped me develop a few good habits I wasn’t using before.

### 5/5 — Streaks + lessons 🤩

*2025-12-30, version 10.5.2*

I love the streaks and ability to make routines. Sometimes I add extra tasks just to have something to check off. So I have a super detailed morning and a simple morning. And habits that are part of larger routines separate too. The lessons are helpful and fun due to the bionic font and Instagram story sequence size and pacing. I’m on a 304 day streak!

### 5/5 — I’ve tried many

*2025-12-24, version 10.5.2*

I’ve used so many of these kinds of apps and this one seems great so far!

### 3/5 — Frsgied lands

*2025-12-22, version 10.4.3*

Little peice of heaven

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-12-20, version 10.4.3*

Wonderful

### 3/5 — PLEASE MAKE THESE CHANGES!!

*2025-10-24*

there’s so much that could be improved.
1. YOU NEED A GUIDE ON HOW TO USE THE APP WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD IT you kinda just get thrown in and have to figure out the app yourself which is hard and most adhd ppl wont wanna do that themselves cus its too much work and delete the app.
2. when i order the things i want to do for the day it randomly get scrambled and i have to order it again which i think is a bug.
3. CHANGE THE BACKLIST this app was literally designed to help you complete your goals and NOT just have a huge list of things to do, yet it’s a feature on the app. having a backlist is literally the number one thing that overwhelms someone with adhd, omg i have all these things on my list when will i do them how will i do them and then u get overwhelmed and not wanna do it and boom procrastination. if there’s gonna be a backlist there HAS to be some kind of feature that helps you figure out when to get it done like just having a todo list that sits in the back is a very bad feature for an adhd app.
4. an app that makes you set a date and time yourself for when you wanna complete each task would be good for people who don’t have adhd. the MAIN THING people with adhd need help with is to figure out when and how to get everything done and that is what this app should do. apparently the app is supposed to help you organize when to do your backlist via AI but i can’t figure out how to do that at all like there’s not even a button for it.
5. let’s say i figure out how to work the app and have it give me a schedule on when to do my backlist, the app doesn’t connect to your calendar so it won’t even give u a plan to get your stuff done that fits in with your schedule.
6. a widget that shows on your home screen the next thing u need to do would be AMAZING

**Developer response:** Thank you, we love this kind of feedback!

1️⃣ The widget is already available — long-press your Home Screen → tap Edit → Add Widget → search Numo → pick your favorite style (tasks, streak, or both).

2️⃣ The Google Calendar integration is coming very soon!

As for everything else — we hear you, and we’re already working on it.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts — updates are on the way 💪✨

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t cancel!

*2025-12-30, version 10.6.3*

After a trial, I canceled this but was charged anyway and am still being charged. I have reached out to the company via email but have had little to no response. I shouldn’t have to contact my bank to get charges to stop! Once I canceled, I lost any access to my Numo account yet the charges continued!

### 1/5 — A scam

*2025-07-20, version 9.8.2*

Update: used to love app but my subscription has disappeared and I can’t contact anyone to find out why. When I try to sign in it says I don’t have an account with that email. Apple still shows active subscription until 2026.

### 1/5 — Stealing money

*2025-04-06, version 8.7*

I do not have a username associated with this account and have been charged over 100 dollars a month for the last few months. Do not install this app. They use microcharges to hurt you financially.

### 1/5 — Very spammy and fake reviews

*2025-04-04, version 8.7*

Can’t recommend this app at all, stay away from

### 1/5 — Charges after being cancelled

*2025-03-03, version 8.3*

Despite cancelling my subscription to this, there was an attempted charge to resubscribe. Would not recommend

### 1/5 — Joke of an app! Use Inflow instead!

*2025-02-18*

I went to try this out and everything seemed really great. Then I realized half of the app doesn’t even work! I try to tap something and for a millisecond it opens what i click and closes immediately! Not even the official stories it has you do work properly I tried doing a questionnaire on it and it wouldn’t even let me scroll down all the way to complete it or even view the rest of the options. I couldn’t even view or change my own profile because as soon as you tap it brings it up and closes immediately! Going to cancel the subscription in the app it pretends to care and want to know why you are leaving its a joke! You can put whatever you want for your reasoning after you press continue to seemingly post your opinion for them to review it simply tells you to cancel the subscription on the app store the same exact thing that happens when you SKIP telling them why you are leaving and that is it there is nothing else you don’t even actually tell them anything because to actually go back from that point you have to GO BACK WITH THE ARROWS CANCELLING ANYTHING YOU JUST DID it’s a joke this app is a joke for jokesters if you want a real ADHD app use Inflow!

**Developer response:** Hi! This bug has been fixed and now you can successfully use the app again. Please contact me at mariia@numo.so if you run into any issues or have any questions 💙

### 1/5 — $90 CHARGE AFTER DELETING MY ACCOUNT

### 1/5 — what…

*2024-10-06, version 6.3*

so stupid

### 1/5 — DONT!!

*2024-07-16, version 5.26*

Rip off!! Stole $70 from me and still tried charging me monthly. I explained the situation to apple and they basically said too bad so sad!

### 1/5 — The app is giving me issues

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Simple. Effective. Fun. Not overwhelming.

*2026-08-30, version 12.0.34*

Definitely enjoying all the new updates. This is the only app of this type that I have used for this long and I’m not gotten bored by it. It’s simple. It’s fun. Is effective. It does not overwhelm my brain.

### 5/5 — Best to do app & routines app

*2026-08-25, version 12.0.34*

I really like the community aspect and the feature where streaks are revived after you answer what went wrong. This feature is beneficial as it helps maintain motivation and keeps one going. Thank you!!

### 5/5 — Glad there is an option to not use AI

*2026-08-07, version 12.0.23*

I will preface this by saying that I don’t know how much AI this app uses BUT I’m glad that there is an option to not use the AI generated sub tasks

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2026-07-03, version 11.13.1*

I like this so far so good. Will update later when I’ve used it more

### 5/5 — Really good app

*2026-06-27, version 11.13.1*

Must try

### 5/5 — Finally found my community of people!

*2026-06-18*

I’ve been severely ADHD since I was 15 and that was in the 90s when really anything mental was taboo at least in where I lived. You didn’t talk about it, you just took the medicine the doctor gave you and pretended you were fine like everyone else. I learned to mask my ADHD then and kept it masked until the last 10 years as I got older and had more health issues that were disrupting my executive functioning. I wanted to not only be a voice for women with ADHD but also for living with multiple autoimmune disorders. But transparency doesn’t mean people are going to understand you any better. Only the people who love through what you do will understand. And as we get older our ADHD can get worse and with one of my diagnosis’s being in the same executive function area as my ADHD it makes being ADHD even harder now. But I’ve found my community here and I’m thankful for it.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-06-09, version 11.13.1*

This site has helped me A LOT

### 5/5 — Best one I have found

*2026-06-09, version 11.13.1*

I have recommended it to a friend after she was diagnosed. You can make a to do (it makes a noise, has confetti, or both even you check something off) daily hacks, helpful story, COMMUNITY! It is like social media without trolls, and overstimulation. Tribe, is a smaller version (kinda like a friend group). Everything is written in “focus font”

### 5/5 — THE BEST

*2026-05-14, version 11.12.2*

Absolutely love this app as it keeps me motivated and on track. Also has lots of useful information.

### 5/5 — Best ever

*2026-05-14, version 11.12.2*

Keeps me on track and excited
