I really love that this app provides useful tools for those who need support with their mental wellness. We need more apps like this that can help people be more mindful and aware.

Great initiative. Amazing design for a mental health awareness app. Two Thumbs up!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t delete

*2024-08-01, version 5.0.0*

I only got this app out of curiosity but now I can not delete it as there isn’t a option for it don’t get it or waste your money on this

### 1/5 — Not good

*2022-11-22, version 4.2.0*

I literally can’t do anything without buying a subscription. If you are actually THAT worried about someone’s mental health, you at least shouldn’t make them pay

### 1/5 — Worst App..

*2022-11-12, version 4.2.0*

Okay, maybe if you paid for this app, it would be legitimately good.. however, THERE IS NOT EVEN ONE FREE OPTION. I’m sorry, but absolutely everything is paid even though the app advertises like it’s free. I’m very disappointed. I struggle with anxiety and I thought I would finally get some help, but that’s never the case. I can never find apps like this that are free. Im BEGGING the developers, please add more free options to this app as I don’t think people want to pay. It’s just unfair, you’re smart in advertising like this is a cute free app, but most people will instantly delete it after they find out they have to pay and you would 100% get more users if you added more free options and didn’t make the app impossible to use without paying.

### 1/5 — Not worth it unless you pay

*2022-01-19, version 2.7.5*

None of the features advertised were available without a subscription, it is not worth your time unless you are willing to pay. It is a shame there isn’t at least limited access to the toolbox and techniques within so without the subscription you can see what’s available to test whether you’d want to upgrade or not. Essentially a paid app pretending to be free.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t fit my screen

*2022-05-15, version 3.1.2*

I was going to click the ‘maybe later’ button, because I can’t buy a subscription, but it’s not letting me. It goes right back up when I scroll to it. Not gonna get all conspiratorial, because it was probably unintentional, but I would appreciate to be able to access the free option. I’m on an iPhone 8, to clarify.

### 2/5 — Strange

*2022-01-19, version 2.7.5*

It does work in some aspects. BUT most of the mental health tools in the “toolbox” are locked behind a subscription. So if you are planning on getting this then keep that in mind

### 2/5 — Adrianna

*2021-12-10, version 2.5.3*

Hello not to be mean or rude but you can’t do stuff on the app if you don’t pay ecept the journal part and that sucks also this is a mental health app so I think it should be free :)

### 3/5 — So much text, no images

*2023-09-16, version 4.3.0*

I like the idea of this, however is very heavily text focussed with no images to assist the brain in going through the content. It makes the content less enjoyable. Other similar apps have images, whilst I appreciate the content appears to be good, the manner in which it is presented makes it hard to use.

### 3/5 — Not compatible for my phone

*2022-05-21, version 3.2.0*

I’m not sure if it’s easy to fix.

Tried to make an account.
It doesn’t scroll down to “accept”
I can’t tap it. I am not able to experience the good.

I hope there’s an update to fix the problem soon.

### 4/5 — A Great Option

*2022-03-03, version 2.9.2*

This app is a great option for people who aren’t able to make it to therapy every week. It’s also great for maintenance to keep yourself checking in with your mental health. I like the daily journal entries & the guided breathing activities. I love seeing something like this available to have help at your fingertips!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Pretty fantastic

*2023-02-16, version 4.3.0*

Easy to use and helps me keep track of my moods.

### 5/5 — An app that’s actually worth it!

*2022-08-22, version 3.5.1*

This app is incredible at doing what other apps couldn’t for me. I love the personal daily tracker, and also the very specific situations it presents you with and how you can best work through them. I’ve been looking for an app like this for way too long!

### 5/5 — Great supplemental tool full of valuable resources and guidance

*2022-04-25, version 3.0.2*

This app is perfect those like me always looking for more ways to "do the work."

I am a huge fan of CBT Therapy. I also like that you can track your progress with insights to see your progress over time.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2022-01-28, version 2.7.5*

Very helpful
Love it

### 5/5 — Amazing App!

*2022-01-13, version 2.7.4*

I've worked in the mental health field for years and have always wanted to see an app that helps my cleints with the daily tasks that enhance their recovery. That is where Nuna came in! Nuna is an app that in a practical and simple way helps my clients with their check ins, mindfulness, and accountability. I've suggested to my cleints they use it and they've found it helpful when they just need a quick moment to be refreshed. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick way to feel better thoughout the day!

### 5/5 — Really Comforting & Educational

*2022-01-12, version 2.7.4*

I never thought I’d find an app that felt like talking to my friends when it comes to my mental health. I love talking to my little alpaca friend about how my day is going and learning new techniques for dealing with daily stressors and anxiety. It’s also a great way to remember to check in with myself.

### 5/5 — Helpful in managing anxiety!

*2022-01-10, version 2.7.4*

A great way to get into the habit of practicing self-care, mindfulness, and relaxation in an age where it's difficult to take a break. This is an app with a lot of potential and a beautiful mission.

### 5/5 — Helpful Tool to Add to the Box

*2022-01-10, version 2.7.4*

The Nuna Mental Health Companion APP has several helpful features for the user. It is very engaging and provides a lot of helpful tools to those who want to use it. My favorite is the gratitude list which makes it easy to do everyday!

### 5/5 — Great personalised mental health app

*2022-01-10, version 2.7.4*

Nuna is a great app for personalised mental health. It can be accessed anywhere, anytime on your conditions. It is super cute.

### 5/5 — Private Companion

*2022-01-10, version 2.7.4*

All mental distress is not clinical; however untreated, ignoring your feelings can lead to clinical depression. I myself deal with situational depression. The whole world has being experiencing some type of mental distress. So many uncertainties with families, careers and finances. When you are known to be the strong one, the one every look to for comfort; however, you want to express yourself without all the clichés. I am a very private person. This is a great app. A private, nonjudgemental, motivational companion. CBT techniques , mindfulness, affirmations etc. The best part it’s affordable. There are various mental health ambassadors with discount links. It’s definitely worth the investment.
