I came across the Nuna app recently, and it’s been a pleasant surprise. It rewards me for taking care of my health, which is a great motivator. I don’t currently have BP or diabetes, but given my eating habits and family history, I know I’m at risk. I’ve always meant to be more mindful, but never really stayed consistent.

Nuna feels like a supportive family member—gently nudging me to pay attention to small habits that can make a big difference over time. I’m genuinely enjoying the experience so far. Definitely worth trying out.

And for the rewards m just walking to earn steps. Not bad! 😁
