I’m finally able to understand the “why” behind my nutrition, not just the numbers. Unlike other trackers, Nura gives me the full picture, showing how my food affects me across multiple health domains. It’s really helped me with my gut health recently!

The app even flags potential dietary risks associated with my meals, which I haven’t seen anywhere else and is super helpful. I would highly recommend whether you’re a beginner or an expert when it comes to tracking your health and nutrition!!
