## What is NURA?

NURA helps you understand what your body is telling you, then turns it into simple, healthier daily habits. Friendly, private, and personalized to you.
Snap a photo or upload a report and NURA reads it for you in plain language. It points out what looks outside the normal range, explains what might be behind it, and builds an easy daily plan to help you improve.

What you can do with NURA:
Scan your lab and hospital reports. Add a photo or PDF of blood work, cholesterol and lipid panels, vitamin levels, thyroid tests, HbA1c, urine tests, kidney and liver panels, and more. NURA reads every page, highlights what is out of range, and explains it simply.

Understand your daily body signals. Get gentle, easy to read insights about hydration, digestion, and nutrition, so you can notice patterns over time.
Turn insights into habits. NURA creates a personalized daily plan with small, realistic steps, and helps you keep track as you go.
Add your own context. Share details like recent symptoms, foods, or medications for a more personal read.
Private by design. Your photos are never stored. They are used only for the moment of analysis.
