Since the last update, the immersion mode setting is simply horrible. Because the delta between level three and four is just immense and becomes inaudible. The old setting allowed us to gradually increase the immersion mode, which is no longer the case, which is really a shame.

I’m just gonna lay this out - tap functionality should have options to assign skip forward and back. Having to take your phone out to skip ads (podcasts) every time is totally unnecessary. Please. Give us this option.

Nuraphones are immense and I could not fault them at all after 4 years of having them. Then today I put them on and all get after attempting to Connect with the App is: 
“Please Contact Nura Support (Authorisation Code Ref: 3572) 

What exactly is Code Ref: 3572 and what does it mean? 

I pay two monthly NuraNow Subscription which incidentally my Nuraphones Subscription is£12 a month BUT the other Subscription Fee has suddenly increased from £5.99 a month to £13 a month which is weird because on my Account I only have the one Invoice and no invoice for the NuraBud which were Upgraded to the Denon Perl Bud headphones?? 
No contact from Denon or Anyone else for that matter to tell me about any increase and now my Nuraphones are absolutely useless? No contact from Customer Tech Support to discuss and resolve this issue?

The device itself was decent enough but they soon stopped working as the app said it was linked to another account. Appalling slow unhelpful customer support and told there is nothing to be done and they have deactivated the headphones. Never had headphones that can’t be used. Waste of technology now they are condemned and terrible for the environment. I now hear that they were bought out by Denon so bad mark to Denon too

Since you have essentially sold your company to Denon. Does that mean that the nura app will be going offline essentially making the purchases of many to be a waste? Or will offline profiles finally be a thing? Or will a new Denon app take on the duties of this app so that the people that bought into this tech aren’t left with headphones that aren’t able to be fully utilized without an app? Because if not I could see this turning into a lawsuit from many who bought their headphones for this specific technology. I would like to think that Nura would have put something in place to make sure that the customers that believed in their company wouldn’t be left without a way to keep loving and using their headphones the way they were intended for.
