However, the biggest issue is the lack of active customer support. When users experience problems, it often takes too long to get help, and some issues remain unresolved. I hope the team improves their support service because it plays a big role in making the platform feel reliable and trustworthy. ### 2/5 — eh. *2026-01-03* okay so I’ve been using this for a couple months now and here’s what I have to say. first of all, the campaigns are SO slow and always full. instructions make no sense, and if you ask for help you don’t get it. 2nd is my view on the customer support. if your bank wasn’t listed to payout (which mine wasn’t) they asked to contact them. they responded back at first asking what bank i use, told them, and never got a response back. i tried following up on it, still didn’t get a response. overall, i heard good things about it on social media, especially because i want to become an influencer. im gonna try to hold on, maybe see if it gets better, but for right now I don’t suggest this app my suggestions for the developers is to actually help people who need it, and try to provide more campaigns. ### 3/5 — Lower price offers *2025-07-28* I feel like I really liked this app at the beginning it gave a lot of opportunities for reviewing products while being able to get paid for them but within the last couple of months I’ve noticed a drastic decrease in the amount you earn vs all the work you have to put into video content which seems very unfair for the creators. I don’t think reviewing a product is worth $3 or the possible chance of being 1 out of 3 creators who get $30 compared to 100 creators doing the same job. It should be higher pay for these creators who put in a lot of work! ### 2/5 — not working *2025-03-06, version 2.38.0* recent update is not working at all and i’m supposed to get paid but it is conveniently not working!! would love to have an update since i liked nurilounge and the way it was easy to navigate, but they’ve posted my video to their account, so i believe i should be compensated for that. ### 3/5 — Problem with connecting TikTok and Instagram accounts. *2025-01-14, version 2.32.0* There is problem with adding TikTok and Instagram accounts to my profile in your app. They match the criteria of your application, but only YouTube could be linked. ### 1/5 — Update not working *2024-12-12, version 2.30.2* I just updated my app and now my app is frozen which has never happened before. ### 1/5 — App has a lot of bugs *2024-12-12* The app told me to update, so I did and now when I go into the app, it won’t let me in and tells me to update - which I already did. I applied to a few campaigns and was accepted by two within in first few days of using the app. The brands will send you a welcome message and some information on the product(s) when they accept you for their campaign. Aside from these aspects, the app works wonderfully and is very cute! I was surprised how well it works for being a new app. I also like how they are constantly improving it. There are gifted collabs all the way up to paid campaigns. So something for all levels of creating! ### 5/5 — WONT LET ME LOG IN *2024-12-06* I’ve tried logging into my account multiple times in multiple phones. I can’t log into my account, even with the temporary passwords it won’t work. A product is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I don’t even know how to make the video. ### 2/5 — not accessible for Canadian content creators !! *2024-11-20, version 2.28.0* all giveaways and pr are not available for shipping to Canada :( It’s frustrating that Canada is excluded when it’s already hard to find opportunities for pr collabs ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app! The login system is completely broken. *2026-06-07* It is impossible to use this app. I try to log in to my existing account and the system gets stuck in an endless loop. If I try to sign in with Google or reset my password via email, the app gets confused and tells me "user is already registered," completely blocking my access. I’ve tried deleting it, reinstalling it, and clearing everything, but the error is on their own platform. A total waste of time for content creators. Do not download it. ### 1/5 — After months on this app I realize it’s more of a scam/waste of time than anything else *2026-02-25* Reading some of these reviews it’s clear to me that they must’ve been bought & those people are liars! I have been on this app for months apply to over a dozen campaigns and not received a reply or an acceptance from any of them mind you I have a substantial presence on social media and a highly engaged the following, my content is exclusively about skin care and beauty more specifically Korean skin care and beauty, and I’m also UGC creator and a licensed aesthetician, yet I’ve had no success on this app. At first, I thought it was just me however, when I started digging deeper, I realize this is a common theme across the board. Another point of contention is the absurdly high amount you need to reach in order to cash out the funds you earn for content made, if any, considering that they pay you anywhere from one to three dollars for a campaign, reaching the minimum limit to cash out could very well take years, so you’ll basically be creating content for free. Would not recommend at all unless you’re into wasting space on your phone and throwing your time out the window. I’ve also reached out several times to ask what the jellies you collect can be redeemed for since theres no indication on the app but there’s been no reply, the tab is completely blank. ### 1/5 — Not what it used to be *2026-02-04* Issues with payment methods, campaign only paying $3 per video, previously the less you can earn was $10 I understand there are more creators, however, it’s too little, it’s practically gifting ### 1/5 — Can't join unless you turn on tracking. *2025-11-04, version 2.63.0* The app looks unprofessional and wants your data. I only have around 1,300 followers but I get way more campaigns and event invites than I ever expected. since joining, I’ve tried so many K-beauty products through PR packages, actual paid collabs, and even offline brand events here in Seoul (yes, even people with just hundreds of followers get real invites). My shelves are basically overflowing with new skincare and makeup 😂😂 What i love the mosttttt is the way Nurilounge supports micro-influencers cause you don’t have to have crazy numbers to get noticed. There are always new campaigns popping up, and the process is easy you can apply for product trials, paid UGC, or just give feedback!
