Tried customer service and that doesn’t work either. 🤬🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — Lost my account *2021-10-13, version 3.0.6* Every time I try to log in (maybe twice a year), I either can’t log in with the PW and have to change it and/or now they have lost my account. My email doesn’t exist in their database. What a waste of time and energy ### 1/5 — They lost my account *2021-06-30, version 3.0.4* I took the time to put all my certifications in this account with all of the relevant information and they promptly lost my whole account. Now when I try to log in all I get is an error message saying that there is no account associated with this login. Worthless as a record keeper since it kept literally none of my records. Also seemed to be set up as a way for recruiters to get my information, since I started getting contacted by all kinds of recruiters after signing up for this app. Super annoying. **Developer response:** Hi there!
