Outsourcing wouldn't be a problem if the Representatives provided direct and correct information. The Customer Service Representatives regurgitate the posted articles and have no further knowledge of NurseDash. You're better off crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. ### 1/5 — Poor *2024-07-23, version 5.4.0* The app crash way too often ### 2/5 — Awful *2024-06-14* I truly hate this app, everytime i’m ready to pick up i’m stopped by the need for orientation paper work. I look on the app and it’s never there so you have to email them to get it. That takes time. Then after all the waiting and completion you my get another message saying you now have to wait until the hospital posts an orientation shift. I’ve done all necessary measures to book shifts and will see “APPLIED” and the day after a message comes through with “SHIFT NO LONGER AVAILABLE” and is still there without any applicants. I’m guessing you have to know someone to be chosen to actually work. If anyone knows anything differently to do, please post. I deleted and installed and still don’t work ### 1/5 — Not worth the effort *2026-07-20* This app is more of a data grab than anything truly useful for an RN. They will post jobs (RARELY) and the second you try to pick it up, it'll tell u why u can't select it because it has regulatory forms or tasks needed b4 you R eligible to qualify for the shift. They should ALREADY have provided regulatory credentials needs for all local facilities as part of your profile so you don't waste time trying to rush to do hours long of tasks, only to see the shift no longer available. They will also keep your selected shift in "pending" state all the way up until hours b4 the shift start (leaving you hanging), only to cancel the shift anyway. It's a low budget app more geared towards people desperate for work but definitely not established professionals looking for extra income. ### 1/5 — Why do you need me to do a full onboarding only for you to not be in my area yet!!! *2025-10-04, version 6.0.0* You got me hopeful that I could have a side hustle. You didn’t just have me create an account to see if there was anything in my area, nope. You had me do full onboarding, which was annoying but if figured you wouldn’t have me do it for nothing. Yeah, it was for nothing. You don’t need my info for you to not be in my area. Do better. Lose my info. ### 1/5 — Useless! *2025-06-23, version 5.7.3* I don’t know what fake spam app ND is, but do not bother downloading. You don’t even make it pass the sign In part, before it ask for your phone number, followed by being redirected to a new page that says ND doesn’t exist! This app needs to be taken down ASAP! Zero stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Don't Bother Contacting Customer Service, No Shifts, Inefficient *2025-04-01* No RN shifts. I work in multiple specialties but ND only allows me to work in 1 specialty. That particular specialty rarely has any shifts. Not sure why they refuse to update my specialties so I can pick up more shifts. In addition, they disabled the feature that allows the worked to toggle between different cities and states independently. ND locked that feature and now requires the RN to contact Customer Service and beg to see shifts in a different city/state. ND has shifts in Florida, Ohio, Texas that I know of. The Customer Service Representatives regurgitate the posted articles and have no further knowledge of NurseDash. You're better off crossing your fingers and hoping for the best. ### 1/5 — Mad at App *2025-01-13, version 5.4.0* I have downloaded this app 3 times and it never came up, must be fake. ### 1/5 — Useless for dfw Metroplex *2025-01-06, version 5.4.0* Scarce for RNs. No point in registering, I signed up in September of last year and I wait days for a response from anyone. There have been no opening in Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex even though I have several colleagues who use the app. Please be aware. Go ahead and download ShiftKey. ### 1/5 — Lost all hope in nurse dash *2024-10-24* I have lost all hope in nurse dash. It’s a joke. Daniel is the worse customer support they have and Alexa is just as bad. The only one with excellent customer service is Gemma. The app keeps crashing. Even when I’m trying to clock in the app gives me issues. Causing me to be late then you have to call for them to fix the time. Daniel tried to talk to me as if I’m some idiot. I should have known to leave the company alone when it took over 5 months to get started. Please pay attention to red flags. They contract with all facilities no matter how bad or unprofessional. They only care about money not the employees. You can tell when a company gets lazy or when it’s all about numbers.
