They are spending significantly less time typing out long narratives and more time with their patients and families. Our nurses have embraced the app, and as a result are much happier. Overall, I can see the picture of patients much easier, especially with Nurse Magic prompting ways to improve each note. Auditing charts has become less burdensome. I purchased NurseMagic for my RN CMs and it has been a night and day difference in getting documentation completed. This particular platform DOES NOT create a note or rehash the same verbiage that will compromise your documentation upon CMS review.
