HOW IT WORKS
Speak naturally with an AI interviewer, just like a real interview. Autumn, our interview coach, is included free. Five specialty interviewers (Sara Chen - Informatics), Jocelyn Kelvin (Management), Katherine Philips (Med-Surg Nursing), Matthew Turner (Psychiatric Nursing), and Freda Johnson (Clinical Appeals) — are available with a paid subscription and are tailored to specific nursing paths.

REQUIRES A PAID SUBSCRIPTION
The following features are available only with an Explorer, Professional, or Expert subscription:
• Additional monthly practice sessions
• The five specialty AI interviewers (6 coaches total)
• Comprehensive evaluations scored across five domains (STARS Method, clinical/technical knowledge, professional presence, problem-solving, and role alignment)
• Practice history and progress tracking, including PDF evaluation reports
• Position Finder — curated nursing roles with salary data
