My youngest recently deleted the app by accident so I downloaded it again. Now when we select "Itsy Bitsy Spider" it plays "If You're Happy and You Know It". My daughter loudly says "UH OH! UH OH!" through the whole song because it's not playing the correct one. Why does Dave and Ava even need to make Halloween videos? It’s stupid and unfortunately there’s no good way to block the Halloween ones in the app. Bad idea Dave and Ava. Now he refuses to watch any of the Dave & Ava videos because he scared of them. Doesn’t seem worth the $60 I paid for this app now. ### 1/5 — Nursery Rhymes *2020-04-10, version 2.5* I purchased this but did not realize it was only 100 nursery rhymes. Of course, you get the learning app free for 7 days but then you have to get a subscription. Research carefully before getting involved with this company. I finally got one to get to 80% downloaded after about 10 minutes and then it quit and reset itself. My son LOVES Dave and Ava and I really wanted him to have this for long trips which we do frequently. I am so disappointed to have spent quite a bit of money on an app that doesn’t work. You have to download the videos to the player but the downloads are extremely slow, every attempt to download has timed out and failed. I requested a refund through the App Store on the grounds that the app does not work but my request was flat out rejected. This is ridiculous for a $60 app! When I try to visit the developers website, the server is unavailable, also. ### 4/5 — Good app but family sharing doesn’t work *2019-12-24* The app is expensive but would have been worth it if we could have put it on both parent’s devices, but although app says family sharing is supported it doesn’t work. The cartoons are cute and my toddler loves them. My child brings it to me to kill the app and restart it over and over and over and over and over. The latest updates might have caused this error. The app does not come with the songs, you have to sit and scroll through each and every song (100+) and tap to download them individually. It is VERY slow and the downloads keep failing! More so , the music does not play in the background, you have to keep the app open.
